Thank you for shopping with Balsam Tribe Studio! Each of our products is handmade and made to order, crafted individually with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been shipped.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before the item has been shipped. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, we’re unable to cancel or issue a refund.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at balsamtribestudio@gmail.com or the contact page on our website, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your item ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all items are carefully inspected before shipping, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution.
