Thank you for supporting Balsam Tribe Studio! Every item we make is handcrafted and made to order, which means a little extra time and care goes into each piece before it’s ready to ship.

Processing Time

All products are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 weeks after your purchase date. Each piece is individually crafted, sanded, and finished by hand to ensure the best quality before it leaves our studio.

If your order is ready sooner, we’ll ship it right away!

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

If the rate seems unusually high, please reach out — we can explore alternate options or set a flat rate for you when possible.

International Orders

For international customers, please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
